"Return to Galapagos" tonight with photos and stories recounting the May 2026 Venice Area Audubon trip to the Galapagos Islands.  Trip leader Eileen Gerle and other travelers will share their highlights and adventures as they recount observations and experiences on the quest for some of the islands' amazing birds and other wildlife.  

From Sarasota County Forever, Jennifer Shafer will be available during the gathering time, 6:00-6:30 PM, to answer questions about Sarasota County's November ballot referendum to continue the County's Land Acquisition and Management Program.  Bring your questions about this important land preservation issue to discuss with Jennifer.
